Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your scheduled time. Once your appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and travel time, fuel costs, and scheduling are planned accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned as cash or credited back to the original payment method. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With 24 hours or more notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Clients who arrive late may have their service shortened or canceled depending on the schedule. If the appointment cannot be completed due to the client’s late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
